About the Project
Our project, named after the words KAI - Change and ZEN - Good, and taking inspiration from the philosophy of KAIZEN, which means “to be better at being better”, consists of 10 separate and private pool-equipped 4+1 villas located on a wide land that blends seamlessly with the historical texture of Bellapais. The villas, which offer sea and mountain views, are located less than 10 minutes away from the city center of Girne. These sleek and stylish villas, which bear traces of contemporary Cypriot Turkish architecture, offer a total living area of 354 m2 on a 600-700 m2 land area and have a 40 m2 private pool.
