About the Project

Our Venice project comprises 800 units and features a gondola canal, which is a first in Northern Cyprus. You can take short gondola rides on a 400-meter-long canal within the site, just like in Venice. In addition to this, there are many other social activities available, such as a 500-square-meter swimming pool, a children's pool, an indoor pool, a spa center, and an aquapark. The Venice project is a huge complex comprising studio, 1+1 and 2+1 apartments.
